Yes. Starter and Pro start with a 14-day free trial: full platform access plus 10% of the plan's monthly credits to evaluate with — 500 on Starter, 2,000 on Pro. Your card is only charged when the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then. One trial per organization.
Everything costs credits, but the amounts are small and predictable. Segment searches are 5 credits each. Exporting a company is 1 credit; higher plans get a cheaper top-up rate per credit. AI enrichment workflows cost between 2 and 10 credits per company depending on depth. Unused credits roll into the next month on paid plans.
Paid plans support multi-seat organizations with per-member roles — Starter includes 2 seats, Pro 5, Enterprise unlimited. The Free plan is single-seat. Credit usage is pooled across the organization.
Up or down, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and start a new billing cycle at the new price. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
